Kim Harnett

PT


Kim is a Physical Therapist with 30 years of experience. She received her BS in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in Amherst NY. She spent her first two years working at a pediatric hospital during the day and in the evenings with orthopedic sports patients in Long Island NY. After her 20-year career as a Physical Therapy supervisor at Cone Health Outpatient Rehab in Greensboro NC, Kim and her family moved to the Fort Mill area in 2013. Kim currently specializes in orthopedics and pelvic health therapy including the treatment of, pelvic pain, incontinence, SI dysfunctions and, pre and post natal care. As much as Kim is a Physical Therapist she truly understands being a patient as she has had a spinal fusion from scoliosis and multiple knee surgeries.

Megan Bevill

PTA


Megan is a licensed physical therapist assistant that graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 2021. She is originally from Southport, NC but moved to the Charlotte area in 2012. Megan thoroughly enjoys working with patients with a variety of diagnoses and helping them meet their goals in order to return to the community. In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.


Jane E. Julian

PT/ATC


Janie is a licensed physical therapist and certified athletic trainer and has served the Rock Hill area for over 25 years in various locations and specialties. She received her BS degree in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina and also, has a BS degree from Clemson University.
Janie is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the South Carolina Chapter of American Physical Therapy Association (SCAPTA), National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), the Orthopaedic Section of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the American Volleyball Coaches Association. She is a licensed physical therapist in South Carolina and North Carolina.
Janie is the founding co-owner of Palmetto Rehabilitation which was founded(should you say established) in 2006. She also serves as the assistant volleyball coach for Rock Hill High and very active within various club volleyball programs in the Rock Hill area.

Lisa FitzMorris

PT, CSCS


Lisa Erikson is a staff physical therapist at the Fort Mill location has been with Palmetto Rehabilitation Specialists for the past 16 years working as a physical therapist. She has 24 years experience as a physical therapist in both a subacute center and in orthopedic outpatient clinics. Prior to receiving her degree in physical therapy from the University at Buffalo in New York, she worked in a PT clinic as an aide and Exercise Science specialist for 6 years while also receiving her Strength and Conditioning certification. Lisa spends her free time with her family including her 3 kids and has a recreational interest in running and various sports.


Kelly Rocheleau

MPT


Kelly has been practicing physical therapy in the outpatient setting for over 20 years. She received her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a passion for helping others in her community through physical therapy. She moved from Jacksonville, FL to the Fort Mill area in 2021. In her free time she can be found running on the Carolina Thread Trail with her husband and Aussiedoodle, and watching her two children play football, softball, basketball, volleyball, track, and swim.

RJ Bates

PT


RJ Bates is a licensed physical therapist who was born and raised in Fort Mill, South Carolina. He received his BS degree in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997.
RJ returned home in 2002 to start Fort Mill Physical Therapy. It was the first outpatient physical therapy clinic in Fort Mill, SC. It became the preferred physical therapy provided for Fort Mill, Tega Cay and surrounding areas. In 2006, RJ joined Fort Mill Physical Therapy with Jane E. Julian, PT/ATC to become Palmetto Rehabilitation Specialists. Outpatient clinics were located in Fort Mill and Rock Hill. Later clinics were established in York and Indian Land. Palmetto Rehab is known as the preferred PT providers for York County and Lancaster County.
RJ is member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the South Carolina Chapter of American Physical Therapy Association (SCAPTA). He is also a member of the Fort Mill Rotary and serves on the Health Advisory Council for Fort Mill High School.


Tammy Gantzer

Tammy is a licensed PT with 30+ years experience. She received her BS in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina and her undergrad degree from Belmont Abbey College. Tammy is a native of Rock Hill, SC. Tammy’s clinical interests include general orthopedics, sports medicine, post surgeries for all joints, cervical and lumbar pain, as well as experience in home health and work hardening. Tammy currently lives in Fort Mill and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Josh Thomas, PTA

Josh Thomas graduated from Greenville Technical College in November of 2015. He was raised in Rock Hill, SC and graduated from Fort Mill High School in 2008. Josh uses his past knowledge of working out and techniques that he developed while in school or while working to lead patients to successful outcomes and allow them to return to the community. He enjoys spending his time exercising and watching his favorite sports teams.


Andrea Stokes

PT, DPT


Andrea is a licensed physical therapist who was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wingate University in 2018, and she is licensed to treat in both North Carolina and South Carolina. She previously served as a clinic director at an outpatient clinic treating a variety of patients with a focus on orthopedic and post-surgical patients. She also has experience treating patients in the home setting. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching gymnastics and cheerleading as well as spending time with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle.

Shelby Greene

PTA


Shelby is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant that graduated Trident Technical College in 2016. She received her Bachelors from Winthrop University in 2014 majoring in Exercise Physiology. She is originally from Charleston, SC but has been in Rock Hill since 2010. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy Panthers football and beach trips to reset. They are looking forward to welcoming a baby girl to their family in January 2022. Shelby is passionate about her job and enjoys working with patients to help them return to work as well as their favorite activities prior to impairment.
